Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• •Unwashed
• •Free of stains, odors, or damage
• •Tags must be attached
• •Original packaging required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Due to the limited nature of our drops, the following are non-returnable:

We currently do not guarantee exchanges due to limited stock.

If you need a different size:

1. 1Submit a return (if eligible)
2. 2Place a new order for the correct size

We recommend reviewing the size chart carefully before purchasing.

Once your return is received and inspected:

• •Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• •Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
• •Shipping fees are non-refundable

If your return is rejected, the item will be sent back to you.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• •Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• •Include clear photos of the issue
• •We will resolve the issue immediately

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Motion Boyz is not responsible for lost return packages.

Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery and order confirmation. Please contact us directly to resolve any issues before filing a dispute.
